In May 2026, our team at SAMPOCHEM visited TUTTOFOOD 2026 in Milan, Italy, one of the key meeting points for the international food industry.
For us, the fair focused on one central question:
How can food manufacturers improve shelf life, product stability, and process reliability while meeting the growing demand for cleaner, more transparent ingredient solutions?
At SAMPOCHEM, we develop functional additive solutions that help producers address practical challenges in real production environments. During TUTTOFOOD, our focus was especially on sodium-free and preservative-free shelf-life extenders for bakery, convenience foods, and meat applications.
We also had valuable discussions around the reduction of process contaminants such as acrylamide and furan in food products - an increasingly important topic for manufacturers looking to improve product safety and quality.
