We are immensely proud to share that our team at SAMPOCHEM has been nominated for the renowned Hugo-Junkers-Preis, a testament to our dedication to innovation and excellence. Our innovative carrier systems for liquid organic acids, designed for use in animal feed and nutrition, earned us a place among the finalists for this year's prestigious Hugo-Junkers-Preis. The award ceremony, led by Science Minister Prof. Dr. Armin Willingmann in Köthen, was a celebration of innovative minds from science, industry, and craftsmanship in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Prof. Dr. Armin Willingmann commended the spirit of innovation in Sachsen-Anhalt, highlighting how the Hugo-Junkers-Preis is a clear demonstration of the state's commitment to shaping the future with brilliant ideas. He emphasized the importance of bringing innovators from labs and offices into the spotlight, acknowledging their significant contributions. The Hugo-Junkers-Preis was awarded in four categories, encompassing everything from basic research to applied research, and including innovative products, services, business models, and a special prize for energy and environmental research projects. The selection process was led by Prof. Dr. Julia Arlinghaus, head of the Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF Magdeburg.
This nomination is not just a recognition of our past achievements but a motivator for our future endeavors. It encourages us to keep pushing the boundaries of innovation and continue to make significant contributions to our field.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners and express our gratitude to the jury and organizers for recognizing our efforts. This experience has invigorated us, and we are more determined than ever to continue our pursuit of excellence and innovation.
